the way the nagas are playing now we can't move to the next level we are stuck in one place if these goes on our younger generations will also be stuck . All the good players in nagaland end up just becoming a local players..look at the mizos and manipuri most of their player are playing in ISL and making a huge impact on the fields. First of all I think what we need is a good coach with tactical expertise and in game strategies and formation. The players are good but need proper guidance.We naga need to improve on our ball possession with better passing, one touch pass and recieving,With better formation you will always find someone free to receive the ball. The way we are playing it looks like a Sundayschool football match. Both side loses the ball after less two or three touches . Modern football is all about tactical formation and strategies. I'm not a pro player and I can never play like them but I want my people to excel.
